You know, you go through life watching things happen and figuring out how things work. Eventually you get what you think is a good grasp of how things work, of how people will react to things you say and do, etc. Lately, I've been feeling like that's gone. What's going on lately is making me feel the same as if I dropped an egg and, instead of it splatting on the ground and making a nasty mess, as I'd expect, instead it's cracking open to reveal a baby dragon living inside. It's kind of cool for about 2 minutes until it starts flying around knocking things over and setting all your stuff on fire.
